Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with a variety of communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student strengths and areas for growth
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student progress and meet educational goals
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation required by the school and regulatory bodies
- Offer direct and consultative services, including individual and small group therapy sessions
- Participate in meetings, professional development activities, and school events as required
