- Experience providing speech and language therapy in a school setting preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills

Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students referred for speech and language concerns
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student goals
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services in group and individual settings
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Consult regularly with teachers and staff to integrate speech and language strategies into classroom activities
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to an inclusive educational environment
- Educate and support families regarding speech and language disorders, resources, and home practice techniques
