Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Phelan, California

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for the state of California (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates welcome
- Prior experience with school-aged and/or pediatric populations
- Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress tracking
- Commitment to evidence-based practices in a collaborative setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments for students K-12 with diverse speech and language needs
- Develop individualized IEP goals and treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy and consultation services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families
- Maintain accurate records and documentation per school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing student progress updates
