Speech Language Pathologist in Peyton, CO

You'll be supporting a small caseload of five students, collaborating closely with four classroom paraprofessionals to provide targeted interventions and ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- Current Colorado SLP License
- CDE certification required
- Experience in a school-based SLP or SLPA role strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Compassion and commitment to supporting students with affective needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload of five students identified with affective needs
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with paraprofessionals to ensure therapeutic strategies are carried over in the classroom
- Document progress, maintain detailed records, and communicate regularly with staff and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for student support
- Adapt interventions as needed to meet evolving student needs
