Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Eligibility for SLPA or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
- Strong interest in working with school-aged children
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Motivated to contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students with goals targeting articulation and pragmatics
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, track student progress, and document outcomes
- Work one-on-one and in small group settings, adjusting strategies to meet students’ unique needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating on goal-setting and progress reviews
- Communicate regularly with supervising SLP and faculty to ensure coordinated service delivery
- Organize engaging therapy materials and activities to promote student participation and growth
