- Previous experience within a school-based setting preferred, with a solid understanding of IEP processes

- Commitment to fostering inclusive, equitable support for students with a variety of communication needs
- Adaptability to evolving needs and caseloads, which will be discussed during your interview
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments for students across various grade levels
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver therapy services both one-on-one and in group settings, measuring student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult regularly with educators, support staff, and families to promote generalization of communication skills
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
