Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure for SLP required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school initiatives as needed
