Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Hold or be eligible for state licensure and/or appropriate certification for schools
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY designation
- Experience with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to student academic planning
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for student support
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and compliance with regulations
