Ideal Candidates Will Bring:
- Current state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA CCCs preferred, though strong CFs are encouraged to apply
- Experience or interest in working with diverse student populations across grades K-12
- Solid organizational and documentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Energetic, flexible, and eager to contribute in a collaborative setting
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments and deliver individualized speech-language therapy for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct intervention across all grade levels, adapting techniques as needed
- Engage with families and teachers to ensure strategies are effective in academic settings
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in professional development and team meetings to stay current and share insights
