Most students present with mild to moderate needs focused on articulation and pragmatics, providing a manageable and engaging spectrum of cases. Notably, there are no students with AT devices, streamlining your sessions and interventions.
Key Qualifications:
- SLPA license or eligibility, or CF status with active progress toward state licensure
- Passion for supporting student communication and social development
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required
What You'll Do:
- Provide targeted speech-language therapy for articulation and pragmatic language needs
- Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain accurate session documentation and assist with IEP-related responsibilities
- Take part in team meetings and professional development with dedicated supervision
