School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Castle Rock, Colorado

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Colorado SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
- Experience with school-aged populations and IEP processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic educational setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students on your caseload
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state standards
- Offer guidance and resources to school staff around communication disorders and strategies
- Participate in meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary teams as required
