Key Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
- Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and individualized therapy protocols
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs and learning styles
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered service delivery
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and family members to optimize student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Deliver both direct services and consultative support for staff and families
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
