Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience with pediatric populations, specifically in school-based environments, is highly valued
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students aged preschool through high school
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' unique needs and goals
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings, focused on articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure students’ success and progress within the educational environment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on student goals and progress
- Offer guidance, support, and resources to school staff and caregivers to foster positive communication outcomes
