What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience in a school setting highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations of students to determine specific speech-language needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide evidence-based therapy sessions
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student progress
- Maintain documentation, progress notes, and required reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute specialized knowledge to educational teams
- Provide guidance and support for classroom modifications and accommodations related to speech and language access
