Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Current, valid SLP license for the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
- Previous experience in a school setting highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and other educational staff
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with student needs and school goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
