- Familiarity with pediatric caseloads and educational settings
- Prior teletherapy experience highly valued
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with families and educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
- Deliver services through both in-person and virtual platforms, as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize student growth
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team strategies
