Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; consideration given to Clinical Fellows with strong references
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly desired
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress reports, and case management
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide both individual and group therapy sessions to diverse caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech, language, and communication therapy to students with varying needs
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to ensure integrated support for students
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports and case notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for student success
- Provide resources and strategies to educators and families on communication disorders and interventions
