Speech Language Pathologist in Oregon, OH

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Ohio
- Previous experience providing SLP services in a school setting preferred
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement therapy plans
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Dedication to collaborative, student-centered practices
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and advocate for effective interventions
- Develop treatment plans, track student progress, and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development activities
- Support a positive, inclusive environment that advances students’ communication and academic skills
