What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or pending SLP-CCC credentials (Clinical Certificate of Competence) or SLP-CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) status
- Eligible for state licensure as required
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric settings, especially schools
- Skilled in both individual and group therapy services
- Familiarity with virtual teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
- Adaptable, organized, and creative in service delivery
What you’ll do:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, administrators, and families
- Provide direct therapy sessions, both onsite and virtually, focused on articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Collaborate with school staff to support student integration in the classroom
- Maintain up-to-date records, progress notes, and required compliance documentation
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise in RTI/MTSS processes
