- Active, valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience with pediatric and school-based populations
- Strong background in teletherapy services, with the ability to adapt to both in-person and remote settings
- Knowledge of compliance and documentation requirements in an educational setting
- Collaborative approach to working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions targeting communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to maximize student success
- Provide both direct and consultative services, in-person or via teletherapy, to meet student needs
- Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals, maintaining accurate records
- Participate in eligibility, planning, and review meetings to advocate for the needs of each student
- Deliver in-services or training to school staff as needed
