Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Canton, OH

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license (or eligibility), and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Candidates currently in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students as needed
- Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual student goals
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support student progress and whole-child wellbeing
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely records, reporting student progress and therapy outcomes
- Provide consultation and training to school staff when appropriate
