School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Maumee, Ohio

Ideal candidates will possess:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid SLP license for practice in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates considered
- Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy planning skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Delivering evidence-based therapy to students individually or in small groups
- Developing and implementing IEPs while tracking student progress
- Collaborating closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintaining detailed documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
- Participating in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Supporting a diverse caseload of students with varying needs
