Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid NJ Speech-Language Pathologist license
- NJ Department of Education certification (DOE cert)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
- Comfortable navigating IEP systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services for a preschool caseload (ages 3-5)
- Craft and implement individualized therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to team-based progress reviews
- Maintain up-to-date communication with parents and educators
- Accurately manage evaluations, documentation, and compliance
