Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Camden, NJ

Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- NJ Department of Education certification required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Solid knowledge of IEP systems and processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for preschool-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services, tracking student progress and adapting interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all school district and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
This contract position offers a consistent schedule—three days per week from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm—allowing for meaningful work-life balance while making a tangible impact.
