Desired Background & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (or eligibility)
- ASHA CCC certification or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience with elementary school populations preferred
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in elementary-aged students
- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and implement evidence-based therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with state/federal guidelines
- Offer services via in-person and virtual (teletherapy) modalities as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
