Essential Qualifications:
- Current MA Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Active MA Department of Education (DOE) educational certification necessary
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in school-based speech therapy preferred
- Commitment to working exclusively onsite with students and school personnel
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Expected Responsibilities:
- Directly deliver speech-language pathology services to students within a school setting
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educational teams to implement effective communication interventions
- Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with state and school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and support families in understanding services
- Adapt strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
