Qualifications:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current California SLP licensure
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience working in educational settings with elementary-age children preferred
- Ability to manage and prioritize a varied caseload
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students, tailored to individual needs and IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a supportive, positive school environment
- Utilize data to monitor student advancements and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Engage in the 3:1 service delivery model, providing both direct intervention and consultative support
