Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid California SLP License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or eligibility
- Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language services
- Teletherapy skills and adaptability with digital platforms
- Commitment to best practices and current methodologies in speech therapy
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, articulation, and fluency disorders for K-12 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Deliver both in-person and teletherapy services, as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and IEP compliance
- Effectively communicate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student support planning
- Offer consultation and resources to support classroom teachers and staff
