Qualifications & Experience:
- Holds active state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC required)
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Adept at conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable providing in-person therapy and support across a range of student needs
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services for a diverse student caseload
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of communication disorders
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and fulfill required reporting for compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights for best outcomes
