School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Palo Alto, California

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Deliver direct therapy sessions onsite to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Provide ongoing progress monitoring and maintain accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative teams
- Educate and consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success in the classroom
