Qualifications & Experience:
- Active or pending California Speech Language Pathology license required
- Open to SLP-CCC-certified clinicians as well as Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants
- Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and report-writing skills
- Comfortable with diverse caseloads across K-12 age groups
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain thorough documentation and track student progress
- Provide support and consultation to school staff regarding speech and language concerns
- Participate in IEP meetings, helping ensure student needs are effectively met
