Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligible for licensure (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working within a school environment
- Understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders across K-12 grades
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student success
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to annual IEP meetings
- Provide both direct and consultative services as appropriate
- Participate in school-wide initiatives or RTI processes as needed
