Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fremont, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid licensure to practice in California
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Commitment to supporting a wide range of communication needs in students from preschool to eighth grade
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services, including assessment, therapy, and progress monitoring for students aged prek-8
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Offer consultative support to teachers and families for optimal student outcomes
- Use evidence-based interventions, adapting to the unique strengths of each child
