This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) who are passionate about supporting school-aged children. You will serve one campus, working with grades PreK through 8 during the 2026-2027 academic year.
Key Qualifications:
- Current ASHA CCC-SLP certification required
- California SLP licensure, or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) candidates highly encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, positive learning environments
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students with a wide range of communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations and provide recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and assessment reports
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings and school-based intervention processes
- Provide services on a single campus to ensure continuity of care and support
