Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC credentials required for practice in educational settings
- California SLP license (or eligibility)
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish strongly preferred
- Experience in school-based therapy, especially across pre-K to 8th grade
- Familiarity with IEP processes and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services tailored to individual student needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop IEPs, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
- Deliver services to diverse learners across a range of grades
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development
- Maintain precise, timely documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
