School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Hayward, California

This contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 school year and is based at a single school in the vibrant community near Hayward, CA. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CCC-SLP certification
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children (PreK-8th grade)
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly preferred but not required
- Enthusiasm for creating inclusive, supportive learning environments
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students with a broad range of communication needs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure student success
- Provide recommendations for classroom strategies and supports
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school and district policies
- Participate in professional development and school-based meetings
