Step into a rewarding full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity supporting students at two vibrant school locations near Palmetto, FL! In this dynamic role, you'll split your week between North Port High School (three days) and Oak Park (two days), collaborating with educators and families to provide high-quality speech and language services. This onsite position places you at the heart of a dedicated educational community, making a genuine impact where it matters most.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP licensure in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services on site
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Travel between North Port HS and Oak Park locations as scheduled
