Your background in communication sciences will be valued whether you have your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Collaborate closely with dedicated teams and help students achieve their fullest potential.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible CFY
- School-based experience a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students in line with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
- Stay current on best practices and compliance requirements in the field
