Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP licensure for Ohio
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; motivated Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt intervention plans to meet diverse student needs
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Deliver speech/language assessments, diagnostics, and therapy to a K–12 student caseload
- Create targeted treatment plans that address articulation, language, voice, fluency, and social communication
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster holistic student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and maintain accurate records
- Provide direct and consultative services as required
