- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
- School-based experience highly valued
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable when working with students K-12
- Ability to develop and implement effective IEPs
Key responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Write and maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Educate and partner with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student progress
- Maintain compliance with legal and ethical requirements in school settings
