Ideal candidates hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), though recent graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF) will also be considered. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA highly preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) encouraged to apply
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with varied needs
- Conduct thorough evaluations and document findings
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
