Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare environments
- Strong background in teletherapy practices and virtual service delivery
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy sessions to students with various speech and language needs, both in-person and via teletherapy
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress
- Partner with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom accommodations
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and district standards
- Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment through advocacy and expertise
