Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CFY)
- Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Confidence with IEPs, progress reporting, and team collaboration
- Strong communication skills and a flexible, positive attitude
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapy models and assistive technology
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to determine speech and language needs within the school environment
- Write and execute IEP goals consistent with students’ strengths and needs
- Provide one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions
- Partner with educators to support student learning across subjects
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
