Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students across K–12 in a dynamic school setting near Oviedo, FL. Multiple openings are available, including full-time and part-time positions. Depending on your placement, you’ll engage with students at Teague Middle, Indian Trails, or the Educational Support Center—either focusing on one site or dividing your expertise between two campuses.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Florida State License in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a closely related field
  • Experience or familiarity with school-based caseloads, supporting students from kindergarten through high school
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills to work effectively within educational teams
  • Ability to fulfill any time-sensitive credentialing requirements and participate in a preliminary prescreen interview process

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and provide direct and consultative speech and language services to assigned students (K-12) according to IEP goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor progress and update documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, assist in eligibility determinations, and contribute to IEP development
  • Split positions may serve more than one campus and will require flexibility in adapting to multiple teams and student populations
  • Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements

This contract runs from August 10, 2026, through May 24, 2027, offering a consistent schedule during the academic year. Both full-time (35 hours/week) and part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) roles are available to fit a range of schedules.
