Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Osseo, MN

You’ll work with an ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) caseload of children ages 3-5, making a lasting impact from late August through early June.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Previous experience providing SLP services in early childhood or school settings preferred
- Familiarity with ECSE programs or similar early intervention services
- Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Role Highlights & Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload of ECSE students ages 3-5
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet students’ needs
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in eligibility or progress meetings
- Serve as a resource for families and staff regarding speech and language development
- Fulfill a full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours per day
