A contract opportunity is available for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in school-based services. This role focuses on delivering high-quality therapy and collaborative support for early childhood special education (ECSE) students.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota SLP license required
  • Experience working with early childhood (ages 3-5), particularly in school or preschool settings
  • Strong ability to assess, develop, and implement therapy plans for students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Knowledge of ECSE service delivery models is preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech-language therapy to preschool-aged students within an educational setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Document student progress, prepare necessary reports, and participate in IEP meetings and ECSE team discussions
  • Offer training and resources to support staff and families to ensure a cohesive approach to student growth
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in alignment with state and district guidelines

This full-time contract runs from approximately August 25, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with a Monday through Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours weekly. The position supports a caseload of ECSE students aged 3-5 and is based in Blaine, MN.
