Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year! This engaging full-time role is based near Minneapolis, providing an excellent chance to make a meaningful impact with a diverse team dedicated to student development.
In this position, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week (8:45am–4pm), assigned to three local environments, including Liberty Ridge and Hillside Elementary Schools, as well as offering support districtwide. The caseload includes working 4 days per week with students experiencing mild to moderate disabilities at the elementary level, and 1 day per week collaborating on districtwide needs, serving students with a broad range of disabilities.
What You’ll Bring:
- Current MDE School License (required)
- Experience or interest in supporting students with communication needs in elementary settings
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working across multiple sites
- Commitment to inclusive and student-centered practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services to students, ages elementary through districtwide assignments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with general education and special education teams
- Contribute to IEP meetings and documentation as needed
- Support students, families, and staff in achieving educational milestones
