Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota SLP license required
- Experience in school-based settings is preferred
- Ability to support students with mild to moderate disabilities
- Familiarity with district/state guidelines for SLP practice
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech-language therapy to students in elementary schools
- Manage a caseload supporting mild to moderate needs (4 days/week)
- Provide districtwide support for a diverse range of disabilities (1 day/week)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Document student progress and develop personalized therapy plans
