Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Oakland, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Active California license as SLP or SLPA
- Open to new graduates (CFs) and experienced providers
- Previous school-based experience highly regarded
- Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not mandatory
- Flexibility to adapt as caseload details are finalized
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy and evaluations for an elementary-aged caseload
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to foster communication skills within an educational setting
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and supportive staff
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and family communications
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
- Engage in supervision processes (options discussed during interview)
