Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active California SLP or SLPA license (required)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- SLP-CCC preferred, but open to Clinical Fellows and SLPAs
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for working with elementary-age children
- Ability to collaborate with parents, educators, and support staff
In this role, you will:
- Provide direct speech and language services to elementary students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers and families to support student achievement
- Consult as part of a multidisciplinary team to support student needs
- Maintain accurate, timely records and compliance with all guidelines
- Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development
- Approach caseloads with flexibility as assignments are finalized
