Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Richmond, CA
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Richmond, California. This position will support an elementary school caseload and is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys helping younger students strengthen their communication skills and achieve their educational goals.
Position Details:
Full-Time
Onsite in Richmond, CA
Elementary school setting
School-based caseload
Provide direct speech and language therapy services
Conduct evaluations and assessments as appropriate
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Complete required documentation and progress monitoring
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other members of the educational team
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Active or eligible California Speech-Language Pathologist license
Appropriate California school-based credential/authorization, as required for the assignment
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged students and multidisciplinary teams
