Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Hayward, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active California license as an SLP (with CCC) or SLPA
- Open to applicants who are Clinical Fellows (CFs) or SLPAs at any experience level
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage an elementary school caseload (more details to be provided)
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions for students with communication needs
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement effective IEPs
- Document student progress, conduct evaluations, and contribute to team meetings
- Ensure compliance with all state policies and ethical standards in practice
- Participate in available supervision, with specific options discussed during the interview process
