Desired Qualifications:
- Holds valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY accepted) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- Experienced or trained in pediatric and/or school-based settings
- Knowledgeable in assessment, intervention, and documentation for a variety of speech and language disorders
- Comfortable delivering sessions both in-person and with groups or individuals
- Strong communicator able to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and participate in eligibility or IEP meetings
- Develop engaging, individualized therapy plans for students ranging in age and ability
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in a timely manner
- Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings as assigned
