Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Fairfield, CA

- Current or eligible SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status, or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric settings
- Knowledge of assessment, IEP processes, and therapy interventions for K-12 students
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication screenings and evaluations
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for a diverse student population
- Collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation and participation in IEP meetings
- Providing direct therapy and support services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Supervising or supporting SLPA staff, when applicable
- Engaging in team meetings and contributing to a positive school culture
