Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license (required for consideration)
- Experience working with young children, especially within Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) settings
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, families, and colleagues
- Ability to develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Proven skills in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate speech, language, and communication needs for children ages 3-5
- Prepare individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in classroom and one-on-one settings
- Maintain accurate case documentation and timely progress reports
- Provide input at IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families to support student goals
- Participate in professional development opportunities and keep current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
